WNC Recognizes Employee Longevity and Performance

At its annual year-end celebration, WNC gave honors to its employees for their longevity of service and their hard work. Eight employees, Maribel Adan, Jason Brown, Scott Fink, Camille Longino, Jennifer McHugh, Bryan Prince, Crystal Smith and Darin Tietgen received five-year service awards. Jack Aronson, Jessica Captanis, Diego Garduno, Kamisha McCargo and Bradley Vallejo celebrated their tenth anniversaries. Michael Collazo and Michael Simmerman commemorated 15 years of service while Bobby Syharath was congratulated for his 20-year tenure.

Two employees were named Employee of the Year. This year Kyle Rutledge’s and Belinda Lee’s work performance were thought to exemplify WNC’s values of quality, integrity, responsibility, teamwork and respect.

Recently promoted Kyle Rutledge was particularly recognized for his initiative and leadership when his department was short staffed. Kyle stepped in, provided stability, and smoothed out transitions when his team needed it.

Belinda Lee was also named Employee of the Year for her unwavering and universal commitment to excellence. Her colleagues say Belinda weaves quality into all her work, regardless of the time or effort needed. She also inspires her team to care about their work and do better.
