NMHC Names WNC a 2025 Top 10 Syndicator
The National Multi Housing Council ranked WNC as the eighth largest syndicator in the U.S. in their 2025 rankings list. WNC moved up a notch from last year’s ranking in the number nine spot. The syndicators’ acquisitions in the past year includes properties in 28 states, representing all U.S. regions and seven out of eight regional divisions as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau. Acquisitions included new construction, rehabilitation and historical rehabilitation projects in rural, suburban and urban areas.
“Housing affordability is at crisis levels throughout the U.S.,” remarked WNC President Anand Kannan. “Recognizing this, WNC has invested into affordable housing across the nation, in a wide array of communities, to address the omnipresent need for safe and affordable homes.”
